Beautiful BhimaShanker trek: This trek is going to happen from 30th September to 1st October and the entire event is organised by the ‘Ramblers India’. One has to book the entire trek with an amount if Rs 1300. This place is located in the Sahyadri range of mountains and if you want to experience a scenic trail of beauty along with lush greeneries, then this trek route is just perfect for you. If you have a good luck then you can also get to see the giant squirrel of Maharashtra which is the state animal. Bu the trek level of this place is moderate and the highest elevation here is 3500 feet. One has to cover a distance of 20 kms approximately.

Sagargad Monsoon Trek: This trek is scheduled on 1st October. It will begin at 5.30 am in the morning and end at 7.30 pm in the evening. The event is organised by the ‘Mumbai Trekizens’ and one can book the trek by paying an amount of Rs 999. This is a hill fort with a height of 1482 feet and the trek difficulty is ‘medium’. So this is absolutely not for the beginners and only for those who are regular trekkers. This fort is located 7 kms away from Alibaug and it is a very old one which has some historical values. One can also get to see the Dhondane waterfall while they are trekking towards the fort. Once one reaches the tomb, they get to see the nine tombs of Satis. This place is named as the Sati plateau. There is a pick up and drop from Dadar. The tour cost includes the breakfast, lunch and professional expertise. The personal expenses are not included in the cost. One has to carry an identity proof, a bottle of water, emergency medicines and good trekking shoes. Better to carry a rain coat if it is in the monsoon. Remember, that smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited in the trek.


Andharban Trek    : This is happening on 1st October at 10 am in the morning. One has to book this trek with an amount of Rs 1950. This dense forest trek is a 13 km long journey to the hardcore jungle and the major part of the trek route is through the dense jungle. The start of the trek happens from the Pimpri Dam and once it proceeds it enters into the deep jungles which have lush greeneries and waterfalls. In monsoon, the jungle is denser and in winter the charm of the greens looks beautiful. These two seasons are the best to visit this place. There is also a dam called Bhira which has its source from the river Kundalika which is a great place for river rafting.
